No surprise on site. Everything is on the sheet.
We do not ask you to trust a rendering. Every rental has a sheet: how big on the floor, how heavy on the lift, how many sections, which way the grain runs, whether it needs power.
This is Oak Arch No. 02 — 12 feet, three pieces, under an hour. Look at how it is laid out. Every other piece is laid out the same way.
Scope & materials
Oak Arch No. 02 — what it is and what it is not
It is 12 feet wide, 8 feet tall, and it stands on a ballroom carpet without a wall behind it. It is three pieces, not one, so two people can carry it through a standard door without removing the frame. In under 45 minutes the arch is up, level, and ready for the florist to touch.
It is not an outdoor arch for a windy lawn without a plan. It is not a wall you can hang a person from. Those limits are written on the sheet — so you do not learn them on the day.
Approach & execution
The sheet your venue actually wants
No paragraph, just numbers that decide fit:
- Footprint on the floor: 144 × 36 in, height 96 in — tape those four corners where you think it will sit and see the room left around it
- White oak, hardwax oil — the grain moves, the tone varies board to board; that is the finish, not a flaw
- Three sections, heaviest 92 lb, with two cases that fit in an elevator — no single piece needs a lift
- No power. If you want a warm line of light let into the leg, we add a low-voltage tape and a single plug — noted on the sheet
- Two people, no drill, no anchor on a level hard floor or low carpet. On thick carpet or a slope we add feet and tell you
Approach & execution
What happens after you say yes
You get the sheet, three recent photos in different light, and the date lock. The sheet goes to your planner and your venue manager. If it fits the door, the lift, and the power, you sign and send half. That is the whole hold.

- Spec sheet and venue checklist (access, footprint, floor levelness)
- Delivery/collection window and return condition in agreement
- Optional Ethren setup/strike; handover walk-through included
Not included / by others unless stated
- Venue fees, permits, insurance, and power where not stated
- Floor protection beyond standard pads — additional per venue
- Damage beyond normal handling — replacement value stated with quote
How this service runs.
A measured sequence. Each step is confirmed in writing before the next begins.
Enquire
Share venue, date, footprint, and surface. We confirm spec fit and send the sheet + photos for No. 02 or the piece you need.
Hold
Written quote with availability and agreement terms. 50% deposit secures the hold; balance due seven days before the event.
Deliver
Transport within the window; setup by your team or our crew. Handover and return condition noted on site.
Return
Strike and collection. Deposit reconciled after inspection against the documented return condition.

Can you make it a little narrower?
Not this one. No. 02 is fixed. If you need 10 feet not 12, we draw a cousin — four to eight weeks from the day you say go.
Is the truck included?
We price it separately, by miles and by stairs. Delivery, collection, setup and strike each have their own line — no ball rolled into one.
How do I hand it back?
As it arrived, minus the fingerprints we expect. Return time and what counts as damage are in the agreement. We walk it together on pickup.
